Why do some account download from my bank prereconciled

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
I download 4 accounts from PNC bank. My main checking account downloads as "R" on every item. The other 3 accounts download as "C" on every item. Is there a setting on the main checking account that says to download as "R"econciled?

    Check to make sure your Memorized Payees don't have the "R" set.
