    Sherlock, I'm able to download a couple of my retirement accounts to download transactions ... but am at wits end with American Century. When I try to download, it just sends me to the AC website. I'm following all of the instructions ... so frustrated. Any advice?

    There are three American Century financial institutions providing Quicken access:

    American Century BRS  supports the Web Connect connection method
    American Century Brokerage supports the Direct Connect connection method
    American Century Investments supports the Direct Connect connection method

    I suspect you may be attempting to use American Century BRS as the behavior you've described is how the Web Connect connection method works.
