Customer support not available?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
in Signing in, Passwords, and Activation (Windows)
I can punch the community button but the customer support button doesn't work. Any ideas? Also the connection to Citibank online appears to not be working after quicken said it had resolved the issue on Jan 26
