Downloaded transactions into wrong account

When I download bank transactions, any transfers from checking to savings, show as transferring back into the same account. ie. checking into checking

  Check your Renaming Rules and Memorized Payees to make sure that they are not causing this.

  A MP created from the savings account with [checking] as the category that is used by the Checking account download will create the transfer with  [checking] as the category.

  Personally, I always manually enter my transfers and then the downloads match to pre-existing transactions.
