Reminder on third wednesday of the month

Social Security makes deposits on the first to fourth Wednesday of the month depending on the first letter of your last name. It would be helpful if QW would add this feature to the 'How Often' Reminder.

    This function has been in Quicken for quite some time. All that is needed is to select the week number (1st thru 4th) and the day of the week becomes available.

    The weekly function triggers every 3 weeks. It doesn't reset each month. For example: If you select 3/3/2021 and select weekly 3 it displays Wednesday. Now it triggers on 3/3, 3/24, 4/14. 5/5, 5/26, 6/16. If I start on 3/17 it does the same pattern. What I want is the 3rd Wed of each month. 3/17, 4/21, 5/19, 6/16. Presently I have programmed the deposit on the 21st of each month. During the year the deposit can occur somewhere between the 14th and 21st. I appreciate you help, Thank You.
