missing transactions when there's multiple transactions with the same amount

Hi, I have had this issue intermittently with Quicken over the years. When I have multiple transactions of the same amount. Say I sent 4 100 transactions at the same time, Quicken may only download 3. I have seen this happen with multiple bank accounts. It's happened twice this week with Bank of America and also with my Chase account. I am not sure this is a Quicken server issue, banks not giving Quicken all the transactions or the Quicken client thinking it's a duplicate. Thanks for any tips or help.

Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken. If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use the Direct Connect or the Web Connect connection method if available instead. If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank

If you haven't already, I suggest you attempt the Copy and Validate instructions as described in: https://www.quicken.com/support/advanced-data-file-troubleshooting-correct-problems-quicken-windowsTF said:Thanks Sherlock, I am already with direct connect on Chase and also has this problem.1 -
