    I had trouble with Citibank download updates..All of a sudden my download came through with all of my 2020 charges lumped by category and no 2021 charges shown

    To be able to get an answer we'll need a bit more information to be able to assist.

    Can you please provide a screenshot of the problem using the Windows Snipping Tool? This is not a common issue that I have seen reported and I would like to investigate this further.

    The more information you can provide regarding this issue will help the Community to better understand and assist.
