Quicken Utility Open

Today I noticed that Quicken Utility was open. It's possible I opened it by accident, but I don't think so. What is this and why was it open? I couldn't figure out what it does.

    Quicken Utility is used to share your Quicken screen with a Quicken Support representative. You must have inadvertently clicked on Share Screen on the Help menu. You can just quit it; it does nothing unless you are in a session with Quicken Support and establish a session with a representative.
