Creating a split in a transfer

I am creating a transfer from Account A to Account B. I am doing a split in this transfer. Each split goes to Account B with different memo comments. These splits show correctly in Account A, but Account B shows no splits. The total for this transaction in Account B is correct though. Is what I am trying to do even possible?

    Yes this has been reported several times.  It seems to be some kind of "optimization" that Quicken does.  One suggested workaround is to put in a tag for one or both the split transfer lines.  This seems to be enough to convince Quicken to keep them separate.

    I tried the same thing with the same result. Split transactions goes between categories not accounts nor saving goals.
