Download Error 500

MAC User Ver 6.1, one of my banks will not download data. I get an error message 500
HTTP Download Error 500 Siouxland Federal Credit Union. I am able to log onto my accounts by mobile and using desktop access. Any thoughts?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    If you have not done so already, I would start by signing out of the program and signing back in.

    This located under "Quicken" on the menu bar. In the Quicken menu, please choose "Sign Out" and sign back in with your existing Quicken ID.

    Once this has been completed, please attempt to update once more.

    Quicken Tyka, I did try to sign out and back in and got the same error. I will give the bank a call again. Thanks for responding.
