CC-501 Error - attempt to download from direct connect bank

This has happened before a couple of years ago and it was the same bank and the same error code. Duh.......seems as if I could remember but I can't. Can anyone help?

I am still "New to Quicken" since I only use it to categorize my spending for the upcoming tax season.

guessing this might be the EXACT name you see -
BUT... it is a Direct Connect only ?

Should I just change it to Regions - Web Connect? Is it "only" direct connect? I dunno. You know the last time I approached them with questions they allowed (after numerous waits) that I had to turn to Quicken for help..............I will call tlhem but it wouldn't cost anything for me to change the bank...........correct??
