I have to set up Quick Pay every month

For example, I set up Verizon last month. Entered in required info. Bill was paid. This month, I go to use it again and it says this payee needs to be set up for Quick Pay. This happen month after month. What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

    Given that this happens each month I do recommend contacting Quicken Support   via chat or phone and sharing your screen with one of our support reps, if you feel comfortable doing so, to have the matter looked at and hopefully fixed promptly.  They'll have tools to better help accomplish what you need. I'll leave our hours down below so you can find a time that works best for you.
