CC-501 Error - attempt to download from direct connect bank

This has happened before a couple of years ago and it was the same bank and the same error code. Duh.......seems as if I could remember but I can't. Can anyone help?

    I am still "New to Quicken" since I only use it to categorize my spending for the upcoming tax season.

    CC-501 is an Express Web Connect connection method error.

    Quicken year 2020 version R31.20. The bank is Regions.

    There are 6 entries for Regions -
    guessing this might be the EXACT name you see -
    BUT... it is a Direct Connect only ?

    Well now that is interesting....my Vault has Regions - Web Connect. I appreciate your quick reply. I will try to pay closer attention.
