Downloading issue with PayPal Mastercard Error CC-102

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭

This has been going on for about a week.  Using Safari I can log into the account without any problems but Quicken 6.1.1 won't link and download transactions.   I've even tried to reset the connection and while it did reconnect (or appeared to), I still get the error.
