How to add accounts - on QMac ?

How do I add other accounts? All the instructions refer to a + sign by "Accounts" that is non-existent. What am I missing?

    @Jesper  What doesn't work? If you want help from fellow Quicken users, you'll need to be more descriptive. You first said you didn't have a + icon, and when @MontanaKarl pointed it out on a screenshot, you said you tried it. Which menu or icon did you select? What type of account did you select? Did you receive an error message? Are you trying to link to a financial institution? If yes, what is the name of the financial institution? If no, what happened when you tried creating the manual account?
