What's New In Quicken R32.10 Pop-Up window every time I start Quicken

After the R32.10 update every single time I start Quicken I see the pop-up windows for "What's New In Quicken R32.10".
I've:
Clicked on the 'Open Release Notes' button and the 'Close' button. Neither of those seem to clear the event in the programming of Quicken that should tell it not to show it anymore.
Doesn't break anything or make anything stop working, just really annoying.

There should be a checkbox for "Don't show this again".0

Nope, no checkbox anywhere on that pop-up window.
Also forgot to mention that this only started after the R32.10 update, it was not happening before that.0 -
