Quicken 2020 been saying unable to connect to server for 3 days now?

Quicken Windows 2017 Member ✭✭
Keeps saying to try again in 10 minutes as unable to connect to server to download transactions.

VERSION R32.10 BUILD R27.1.32.10 Won't connect to Quicken online service. Says its unavailable at this time. Please try again in 10 minutes each time I try to connect to download from update list which includes First Federal, BBVA Compass and others. Never connects to try downloads.0
