Quicken will not load following recent update.

I receive message "unable to initialize Quicken run-time components." I am directed to erase and reinstall Quicken but this does not correct problem. I need to get back on my Quicken program without losing my data. Please Help!

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having.

    I do apologize for the issue you're having. I'm wondering here if the patch may have not installed correctly and that's part of the issue that we're having here. I would recommend trying to see if you're able to install a Mondo patch here first to see if we're able to get your Quicken open again, I'll leave steps down below.

    Once you get a chance to try this see if we're able to get further. If not we'll see what we can try next.
