I noticed that when you select "Kohls Credit Card", the web address that comes up is www.kohls.com. This is their shopping website NOT the credit card website. I believe it should be www.credit.kohls.com.
Shopping and credit card are two separate websites that each require their own unique Username and Password. It might be as simple as Quicken correcting the website address?0 -

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to ask your question, although I apologize that you have not received a response.If Quicken is displaying an incorrect Homepage URL, the financial institution will need to report this URL change to the Quicken financial services provider through their account manager.
This is the only method, as the financial institution can confirm that the URL in Quicken is truly incorrect and not just experiencing temporary difficulties. Quicken Support cannot make this change.

just sharing - here are the 2 entries for Kohls - note the CC entry, has on the right side, a different URLand, it would appear that Kohls has a different website entry point for the Kohls Charge Account -

BTW - just tried it....Logged into MyKohls CC - using that URL - Kohls.com --> Account --> MyKohls --> scroll down... Kohls Charge Account
https://credit.kohls.com/eCustService/logged into our Kohls charge acct at that point - just to check - things are ok.... uses DIFFERENT User ID - NOT an email address -Then over on our Quicken --> Add Account --> Kohls Credit Card --> enter User ID and Password (NOT email address)
received verification request from Kohls - received code - entered code - and DONE - works fine -

I've been having the same issue with Kohls for a while. I had a little free time today. I agree with Ps56k2's comments, but if it still doesn't work as expected, try logging in to the Kohls Credit Card and resetting the password.
QW acted like everything was good, but would not connect. After resetting the password on the Kohls site, QW came back and asked the questions as expected and sent a code when trying to reset the account.Quicken user since 1989
