Stock stopped updating sometime yesterday before market close. Sync is on. Correct values for online, but not for the app. Online Syncing not syncing with app.

    Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. It sounds like you're having issues with the mobile app in this case. I'm wondering if it may need to be resynced and that might be part of the issue. You can see if that may be the case. I'll leave steps down below.

    Step 1: Reset the cloud data through the desktop program

    1. Go to Quicken > Preferences > Connected Services.
    2. In the Cloud Account section, click Reset.

    Step 2: After resetting your cloud data

    You'll need to sign out of the Mobile App and sign back in:

    1. Open the Quicken Mobile App.
    2. Tap the Menu icon Troubleshooting Issues with the Quicken Mobile App in the upper left.
    3. Tap the Logout button at the bottom of the screen. 
    4. Sign back in with the same Quicken ID.
    Once you're able to try this see if we're able to get your quotes updated on the mobile application. Let us know how it goes.
