Mutual Fund Prices are not updating

I have been a Windows Quicken year for 20 years with no problems. Following the latest Quicken update a few days ago, my Vanguard mutual fund would not update the prices, a new problem never encountered before. My Quicken software bought from Amazon with 15 months subscription is less than one year old. The updates for the last few years have been worthless to me.
IS are a way to undo the update?0 -
