Trying to add Specialized Loan Servicing Loan to Quicken

I am attempting to add Specialized Loan Servicing mortgage to my Quicken Loan area and after entering the code sent from SLS, I end up in a loop to request another code. after 3 attempts, I answer no to the code and receive the error "AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR (MFA_REQUIRED_ACTION:ccscrape.185)". Has there been success in downloading from SLS?
