reconcile not working in some accounts

Hi - I've used Quicken for decades, and this is a first. I have a couple of credit card accounts to which I download transactions through an online update. Once downloaded transactions match purchases I had entered, they clear (marked C), of course. In the past, I could then click on "Reconcile" and they would be marked R. Since later February, the reconcile function now just tells me "no uncleared items to reconcile" and does nothing. Anyone know what's going on or if Quicken change something?
