How can I tell where an unidentified transaction came from?

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
I have a $250 expense Quicken labeled as a Fee. Ive looked through my four accounts that feed into Quicken and cannot find this transaction. How can i tell where a transaction was downloaded from?

    In Quicken, what account does this appear in?   THEN, you can do TOOLS,  Account List and see the name of the Financial Institution  associated with that account.  There's a 1:1 relationship between Q accounts and bank/online accounts, so that will tell you which bank.
    AND, where are you seeing this transaction, if your can't find it in Q?
