downloading the same transactions several time

For many months Quicken has been downloading duplicate transactions. Not on every transactions, and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. It throws my balance off, and takes hours to reconcile every month. What can I do to make it stop?

If duplicates continue to download, you may require assistance from either the Online Banking Support for your bank or from Quicken Support.
