New to Quicken and Can NOT Login!

I just purchased Quicken. I downloaded to my desktop and followed the install instructions. I used my username (my email) and the password I set up. Keeps telling me it's wrong! I have reset the password several times now, and none of them work. I can't get in to my account or the desktop!!! What can I do? I work during the week so calling customer service is not going to work - I won't be at my home computer! I'm super frustrated!!!! HELP!!!!

    Hi @cperry1975 ,

    If you can't login, go to: https://www.quicken.com/ Click on SIGN IN then click SIGN IN and My Account
    using your Browser, Enter your Email Address and password, If you can't login, Enter your Email Address and click Password under SIGN IN. Click on Submit and follow the instructions.
