Disable 2 Step Authentication

If you are meaning the 2 step authentication for Quicken, a 2 step verification is required periodically and this may not be disabled.

If you are meaning a financial institution, this would depend on the financial institution, you may visit their website and look for any option under "Privacy" or "Security."
