Quicken about to expire - Forgot password -

Where is quicken? I'd like to send them a letter with my new cc info but there is no address.

They tell me that my Q is about to expire. But every time I try to access Q, it asks for password. I click FORGOT PW and every time I try a new pw, it tell me that it's invalid.
