Why isn't there a Setting to Turn Off Needing to Enter a Vault Password?

IMO, that would be cyber security suicide for Quicken if they allowed that to happen.  Would you buy a BIG steel safe for your valuables and have a locksmith remove the locking mechanism?  Who would be responsible for the loss of your financial institution passwords when a burglar breaks into your home and steals your computer or a hacker steals your Quicken data file? 

Trust me in that, Quicken is not going to do anything that would allow the end user to blame them.
