Aggregator not working

when i try to download all the accounts it is no longer working i can do it individually.

    There are THREE different download protocols that Quicken supports.
    When you look at each Register -
    at the very top - it will indicate... Direct Connect - Express Web Connect - Web Connect
    Which one is active for each account ?
