I recently purchased an update for Quicken and now cannot open Quicken

@Billcl  First, understand this is not Quicken Support. If you're looking for instant support at any time, you should contact them. (They're open 8 am - 8 pm Eastern time every day for text chat support, and weekdays for phone support as well.)

Fortunately, date order is typically an easy issue to fix: just click on the Date heading in the register; each time you click the heading, it will reverse the order between ascending and descending.
