How can I recover Quicken Essentials from macOS El Capitan upgraded to High Sierra.

I think the macOs should go back to the old version, but is it posible to recover QE upgrading to a newer version such as Catalina and not its original El Capitan.

    You can upgrade to the current Quicken Mac, which will import your Quicken Essentials data file and convert it to work with the current software. There is no way to run to old Quicken Essentials application on Mac operating systems High Sierra and newer.
