to hear that you are experiencing issues with getting your accounts added to Quicken. Could we get more information in this case. What FI are you trying to connect to? Do the accounts show up when trying to add accounts but only show not able to be added to Quicken when you try adding? What connection method are you using? You can double check by right clicking on the account under the account bar then selecting the online services tab. From there you should see the connection method listed.
