Why does the word "Customized" show up ion the account column

When I do a report of expenses and income this term show up. As well, the software seems to be adding my transactions twice. Once as I entered it (I do it manually) and another as Customized.

    What is the exact name of the report you are running? Is this the stock report, or one you have customized?
