Downloading cleared transactions from my bank

Which Quicken products (Starter, Deluxe, Premier) for the Mac allow me to download my cleared transactions, and reconcile them in Quicken from my bank free of charge?

    @Bill Swerski  I want to thank you for using the correct terminology in your query.  ALL transactions that download from ANY financial institution (bank/card/brokerage/etc) are BY DEFINITION "cleared". That's what cleared means, that the transaction has cleared the FI ... NOT that it has been reconciled.
