Duplicate transactions every Sync

I've followed the steps recommended, deactivating the accounts and then reconnecting them. This does not eliminate the duplicates. Each time that I sync my account, the duplicates reappear!0

The Described behavior can be caused by multiple things, as such we would recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for the best assistance.
