How to show transactions reconciled in the reconciliation report?

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
When I create a reconciliation report after reconciling my transactions by clicking 'R' for reconcile, it doesn't show them when I run the report as reconciled in the 'CLR' column. What am I not doing correctly?

    Yes, but if I click 'R' in my register and then run the report, they don't show up anymore? I'm referencing a previous treasurer's report that showed the status under the 'CLR' column with an R. In my image, you can see that there is a 'c' for cleared but I thought you could shown an 'R' for reconciled?
