Quicken does not show the correct total value of my Investor 360 account

The value in investor 360 is less than the value in quicken for the cash value in quicken. This means that my net worth is also wrong. How do I correct this?

    If you're using the Complete tracking method, you should reconcile the account register in Quicken against a statement obtained from the financial institution to determine the source of the difference.
