Bank requires password to download vault says no password required how do i change vault

The message is that a password isn't required in the Password Vault because it is stored on the Quicken/Intuit server already.
To change the password start One Step Update, go into the Settings and click on the gold key by the account name:

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately in my Quicken Vault my the password column indicates "not required" The "Add", "Change"& "Delete" password are grayed and I cannot change the "not required".0

As I indicated above, for the accounts that say "not required" in the Quicken Password Vault, you change them in the One Step Update settings.Bob@73 said:Thank you for your response.
