Mortgage Loan Balance not Correct

I sent up a new home loan in Quicken that connects to my Navy Federal CU mortgage account. The quicken mortgage account does not show the correct loan balance, it is showing the purchase price of the house ($690K). Which does not take into account the current balance after the down payment ($400K).

    If you haven't already, you may want to review: Navy Federal Credit Union / CC501 / "cpAggStatusCode" : "FDP-185"

    Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken.  If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use an offline loan account instead.
