How do I record a merger on a pure stock for stock basis and keep the history?

I need to record the merger/acquisition of Kushco Holdings into GREENLANE HOLDINGS INC. It was a pure stock for stock exchange. There is no option in transaction ledger that I can find. I am using Home, Business & Rental Property for windows.

    Why is Enter Transactions button, Corporate Acquisition (stock for stock), not adequate?  That option will not appear in the transaction list directly, only through the Enter Transactions button.

    Do you somehow have the account set up to hold only one security, more generally known as a Single Mutual Fund account?  That is a setting under Account details.  If so, uncheck that selection.
