    I got Quicken about 1 month ago and Have had nothing but issues So sorry I got it. Glad I only got the $35 dollar version. Had the CC-500 whatever errors now some [removed - profanity] sync error and it is not even downloading transactions. This program has been nothing but a headache.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues. Are you still specifically having issues with PNC or are you getting multiple different errors? Are other FI's also having issues? I'd like to look into this but we'll need more information first. 

    Once you get the chance please let us know more about the issue you're having and we'll see what steps we can take to resolve the issue you're having.
