When I use Web Connect to download Schools First transaction I get the CC501 error for the past two days. The message states to not contact Schools First for this problem.

I am not using the Cloud to store my backups...this was the problem before.

Thanks....for the info....I was also advised that this is a Quicken issue by Schools First.

Do we know if this was resolved? I am still having cc-501 error.
