Can't fill refund form, no order number available

I purchased accidently Quicken Deluxe on my old log in, I am trying to get refund and order on correct one but Quicken does not send order number to the email after purchase, I need help

In this case, I would recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for the best assistance.
