Can't fill refund form, no order number available

I purchased accidently Quicken Deluxe on my old log in, I am trying to get refund and order on correct one but Quicken does not send order number to the email after purchase, I need help

In this case, I would recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for the best assistance. They'll be able to refund your original order as well as ordering the product as well to make sure that everything is sorted.
