What do you do if you have forgotten or lost your Password vault password?

    Go into Tools / Password Vault / Delete Vault and all saved passwords, then follow prompts to recreate the password vault.

    UKR covered it.  There is no way to restore/reset the PV password, not even Quicken can do it.
