    I suggest you consider using a customized Transaction report: select Reports > Banking > Transaction, press Alt + C, check Show splits, and select OK

    The only report in Quicken which will show total transaction amount together with Split transaction details is the Print Register Report. Go into the account register, press CTRL-P or select "Print transactions" from the Actions gear icon. Give the report a title, select the desired Date Range, click to put a checkmark in the box at "Print split transactions", click Print.
