Royal Alliance - eQuipt -- so frustrated, cannot download

Is there anyone out there that can share how to download my Royal Alliance investment account to Quicken? I've tried the Royal Alliance login, I've tried the eQuipt login -- can't get it. I'm beyond frustrated. I' appreciate some help before my head explodes

    Is that your brokerage?
    Using the Add Account process, try locating this bank name and see if it works.
    If not, more details please. What kind of error messages or error codes do you get when trying to add the account?
