US Bank One Step Update Issues

My three USB accounts do not update when using one step update. My other accounts have no problems. Further, if I download directly from the USB online banking website quicken duplicates transactions already in the Quicken ledger. I've tried validating my data file and tried resetting my USB accounts to no avail. Using update now does not help.

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, what connection method are you using? What error codes or messages are you getting (please be specific)? How long has this been persisting? 

    Please elaborate so that we may be able to move forward in diagnosing the issue at hand.

    Hi Paloma, I re-installed the Quicken program and now it is working. May have been due to a recent Win 10 update on my PC. Thanks for your help.
