Connecting to account at HSBC Bank India

When I try to connect to HSBC Bank India it asks me for a Primary Password and Secondary Password. Does anyone know how I can set or reset the Secondary Password?

    Quicken only connects to financial institutions in the US and Canada, so even if you figure out what password it's looking for, Quicken isn't going to connect to a bank in India.

    If that’s the case then why is HSBC Bank India showing in Quicken’s list of available financial institutions?

    Do they do business in the US as well as India? If so, perhaps there is some connectivity available. I'll bow out of this conversation, as I have no direct knowledge about HSBC Bank India; perhaps others will be able to provide connectivity information for you.
