Cannot connect Quicken account with bank after Quicken updates (Q Mac)

Tech support had me reset everything on 3 external accounts I couldn't connect to, ending up with a lot of duplicated transactions that were easy to find and remove, and loosing all Memo's that identified each transaction. Replacing years of memo's took many many hours. This was an ugly outcome
